Crime Time

It's time for the weekly northern suburbs crime report, courtesy of the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

Coon Rapids

Disorderly Conduct - Employees of Classic Bowl reported a fight inside the business. A woman who was pushing others in the parking lot was temporarily detained, along with another woman who was also drunk and causing problems. Police determined the argument was between sisters who were fighting over the raising of children.

Fridley

Disturbing the Peace - An elderly woman called police to report a noise complain. She said her upstairs neighbors are having sex all the time and they make too much noise while walking above her. She was advised to talk to the building management.

Oak Grove

Vandalism - Someone vandalized a home by throwing toilet paper and eggs, spray-painting and putting feces on the front door.

St. Anthony

Theft - A woman called police to report a theft occurred a year ago at Village Pub. She said her purse was stolen and it contained money, her driver's license, Social Security card and debit card. She immediately cancelled her debit card but did not report the theft at the time. She was advised when she went to file her taxes this year, that someone had already filed a return in her name.
