Da Vinci Sequel

A sequel to "The Da Vinci Code" is in production with Ron Howard directing and Tom Hanks starring in "Angels and Demons." Well actually it's not a sequel because the book "Angels and Demons" was written by Dan Brown before "Da Vinci", but whatever.

A Liberal Lawyer? Shocking!

Add another celebrity to the list of those who's work I will no longer pay money for. Author John Grisham decided it was the right time to jump on the Bush bashing wagon while out promoting his new book. And he's supporting Hillary for president.

That's enough right there to stop paying for his books seeing that the money will go right to the Hillary for President campaign.

I should have stopped reading his books years ago anyways seeing that they were all about evil, white-run corporations.

Potter Info

Here's a summary of the "Today" show interview with Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling. If you haven't read the book and don't want to know what happens, don't read this.

There's some interesting stuff in here about the books and characters and talk about a future Potter encyclopedia she's going to write.

Leakers

Need another reason to boycott the New York Times? They ran a review of the new Harry Potter book two days before it's release earning a rebuke from author J.K. Rowling. The Times claim they bought the book at a bookstore, but really, could they not have waited two days so they didn't spoil the book for people?

I have a feeling that if I don't have the book read by the end of the day Saturday I'm going to know what happens by Sunday thanks to the media.

Harry Potter Finale

As you've heard by now, the final Harry Potter book comes out on Saturday. Already there are numerous websites claiming to have posted pages from the book on their sites. The book publisher is bringing lawsuits against the websites to prevent them from leaking the information. Of course it's unclear if any of the info on these websites is true or not.

If you're looking to get caught up on what happened in the previous books, here's a briefy synopsis of each book.

Goodbye Potter?

Harry Potter himself, Daniel Radcliffe, thinks that Potter will die in the final book. Of course he doesn't have any extra insight than the next person, that's just his hunch.

I guess we'll find out in about two weeks!
