It's Not Global Warming, It's Climate Change!

Al Gore is supposed to testify in front of the Senate tomorrow on the "urgent" need to combat global warming. That might be put on hold now that a "winter storm watch" has been posted for D.C. Snow, sleet and ice are in the forecast.

Nothing would be better than Al Bore testifying on global warming while the weather outside is snow!!

Notice how Democrats now call it "climate change" rather than global warming. Apparently we are having a cold winter because of climate change. So I guess when we had cold, snowy winters in the past that was because of climate change as well? What a joke.

And if there really is global warming, I could really go for some of it right now!

The Thunderstorn Down South

I tried to avoid watching the news stations this weekend because it was wall to wall coverage of the major thunderstorm, errr hurricane, down south. But when I did click it on all I saw was idiot journalists "braving" the storm and acting like doofuses. They hyped this thing up beyond belief. Makes you think they wanted bad things to happen so they could blame Republicans.

It's Still Cold

Here's an article saying that global warming is making spring come earlier. Well obviously the authors haven't been to this part of the world because it's just starting to reach 40 degrees. And there is still snow on the ground and we had snow this week.

If global warming was in effect then why were we still having 20 degree weather in March???

Think it's cold where you are? Try living in International Falls, Minnesota where it was 40 below zero yesterday!

Every winter I question why I live in Minnesota. But then spring comes and I forget about it, at least until fall when winter starts creeping up again.

I really can't stand winter though so I have no idea why I keep living here. Not only is it freezing cold here 6 months out of the year, but it's also one of the most liberal states in the country and one of the highest taxed states in the country. I need to get out of here!

It's the End of the World on the East Coast

Want an example of east coast media bias? How about the winter storms they are having. The midwest got plenty of snow over the past couple weeks. How much did you hear about it on the national news websites and TV shows? Maybe a little end of the broadcast mention.

But now that New York is getting snow - MAJOR NEWS!!! I think the snow was the main topic on "Nightline" last night.

This is why I just try and avoid news now.

Wrong Again

Remember after Hurricane Katrina how the media hyped up hurricanes and said we were in store for horrible hurricane seasons (mainly the fault of Bush and conservatives!). Well 2006 came and went without anything happening and now this year nothing major has happened.

So what happened to all the doom and gloom preached by the media and liberals?

Remember this when Al Gore and his fellow liberals tell you the world is coming to an end shortly because of global warming.

Also, I wonder how big of a threat global warming will be considered if Hillary becomes president. Will it just disappear as a topic the minute she wins? All of the sudden everything will be fine with the earth because a liberal is in charge?

Eye of the Hurricane

Remember last year how all the "experts" and the liberal media predicted the biggest hurricane season ever and then nothing happened? Well now they are predicting it again.

My guess is they will predict it as long as a Republican is president so that they can blame it on them and say it's due to Republicans not fighting global warming. Once a Democrat takes over then it will just happen because "hurricanes happen."
