Who Is To Blame?

Many are blaming Minnesota Timberwolves GM Kevin McHale for making the awful Kevin Garnett trade, but this article says the whole situation is the owner, Glen Taylor's fault.
Either way, they both need to go! They started screwing up the franchise when they signed Joe Smith to an illegal contract and it has continued up thru this trade. And even though coaches get fired and players get moved out, McHale keeps his job. Amazing that you can be that bad at your job and still stay employed all for one reason - you're from Minnesota.
Here's an article by The Sports Guy thanking McHale for helping out the Celtics once again.

1984
Here's an article from The Sports Guy on ESPN.com arguing that 1984 was the best year he can remember. I'd have to agree with him because I remember so much from this time.
You had a number of sporting events that were memorable (even though I was 7 I can remember them), the Olympics, etc.
And then you had MTV's breakout year. I can remember watching all these videos over and over. And plenty of good movies that year as well.
Read it and see if you agree.
Remember when MTV had videos? Seems like that was ages ago. And remember when MTV2 had videos? That's come to an end as well.
