Clear the Table!

I'm sad to report that one of the casualties of the economic downturn is the busboy. My former profession is seeing it's ranks dwindled and the waitresses and waiters are having to pick up the slack.

No busboys = plates sitting on tables longer, unpolished spoons and breadcrumbs!
