When Is Tomorrow?

Critics and fans alike are not enjoying this season of "24." Not much has seemed to happen and it has been the same old stuff as past seasons.
I've been saying it for a couple years now, but they need to get the show out of L.A. for a season. How many times can the same city be under a terrorist attack? Take the show to China or something so we get some new story lines and new characters.

Supposedly they can't do this because LA offers them the same weather everyday, which makes it easier for filming a show that takes place on the same day. But they have to do something to make some more story lines - how many times do we have to see the president being thrown out of office, or a mole in CTU, or Jack interrogating someone who wants a pardon, etc.
