Different Rules Apply

Great article by Ann Coulter on the different treatment for Democrat nominated judges and Republican nominated judges.
When a Democrat nominates a judge they sail on through the process. When a Republican nominates a judge they are torn apart.

Interesting how Democrats didn't want a hispanic judge nominated by Bush put on the federal court because that would help Republicans woo Latino voters. Also interesting how the great Messiah voted against both Bush nominees, yet wants a quick vote on his nominee because he says she's "more than qualified."
