Gov. Pratt?

"The Hills" star Spencer Pratt said that he plans on running for Mayor of L.A. one day and even Governor of California. AND if enough people ask him to do it, he'd run for President.

The only good thing about this is that he's a Republican. Well, maybe that's not good?
