Bravo!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats to House Republicans who voted down President Messiah's socialist bailout bill yesterday!!!! And not just a few principled Republicans, EVERY SINGLE HOUSE GOP MEMBER!!! Now let's hope the Republicans in the Senate do the same thing.

It's about damn time the Republicans in Congress wake up and start returning to conservatism and go back to being fiscally conservative. This bill now rests on the Democrat party and they will be solely blamed for the cost and the failures of it!!

What happened to all the bipartisanship that Messiah was supposed to bring to the table? I thought he was a "different politician" who was going to work across the aisle? Oh that's right, he's a far-left liberal who brings nothing new to the table except that he gives a good speech. And what's even better is that 11 members OF HIS OWN PARTY didn't vote for the bill!

Here's a quote from ABC's "The Note": "The visits and the calls and the cocktail hour ended with a win that left an old taste -- one that doesn’t bode well for the president’s promises of a new kind of politics. (And leaves Democrats defending every provision in a hulking mess of a piece of legislation; said one GOP leadership aide, “The bill’s like a fish: the longer it sits out there, the more it stinks.”)"

And guess what Republican Congressman that I continue to talk about held the Republicans together? Rep. Eric Cantor. I'll keep saying his name over and over because he is the future of this party.

Here's some commentary from Laura Ingraham on the bill:

Who said Republicans were a bunch of spineless, unprincipled ninnies? Tonight's news that every single House Republican voted NAY on the Democrats' Generational Theft Act of 2009 is already breathing new life into conservatism. Notwithstanding tales of Republicans fighting for pictures of themselves yukking it up with President Obama, the congressional GOP -- finally free from President Bush -- is no longer apologizing for its conservatism.

Even better: Republicans are also rediscovering that conservatism can and should be fun. Rep. John Carter, a Republican from Texas, has introduced a bill that would create the "Rangel Rule." Advancing the idea that everyone deserves equal under the law, Carter's bill stipulates that anyone paying overdue taxes can write "Rangel Rule" across his/her returns and the IRS would be forbidden from charging fees or penalties.

House Republicans said their counter stimulus bill would create twice as many jobs at half the cost. Whose numbers did they rely on? None other than President Obama's Council of Economic Advisers' Chairwoman. (Clearly, a right-wing nutjob!)

Here's hoping Senate Republicans follow in-kind. Perhaps one might even have the audacity to filibuster.

Polls may show Obama to be the cat's pajamas, but that doesn't mean his policies make sense. Committing America to a trillion dollars in new debt is a path not to prosperity, but to poverty. Senate Republicans need to embrace their conservative principles now more than ever.

What a giant waste of money... One TRILLION dollars! I'm proud to say that Collin Peterson (D) voted against it too!! Hopefully the Senate Republicans all vote against it too.
