Disorderly Conduct: A man was issued a citation for urinating in a Mills Fleet Farm parking lot.

Crystal

Property Damage: Chocolate pudding cups were put on a vehicle.

Fridley

Miscellaneous: A man was issued a ticket for driving an unregistered go-cart on the public street.

Disorderly Conduct: A woman said a former neighbor keeps hanging around her apartment. She said he parades by her door naked so only she can see him.

Disorderly Conduct: Police officers were dispatched for a man who was walking around naked. Officers located the suspect in the rear of the building. The man was intoxicated and released to his girlfriend.
