New Leadership

Unfortunately Rep. John Boehner was reelected as the Republican House Minority Leader. It would have been nice to get someone new in there that could bring some change to the Republican party.

But we did get change in the #2 and #3 positions. Rep. Eric Cantor, a big up-and-comer from Virginia was elected as the Minority Whip and Rep. Mike Pence from Indiana is the new Republican Conference Chairman, which is the #3 position.

Now if we can get Rep. Paul Ryan of Wisconsin to knock off Boehner in two years we'll be set!
