Fairness = Socialism

I mentioned this before and now here it is in print for everyone to see - one of the first things liberals are going to do when uninformed voters give Democrats control of everything is to enact the "Fairness Doctrine."

Basically this socialist policy would require broadcasters to give equal time to opposing viewpoints or else risk fines. For example, if a station aired Rush Limbaugh for three hours it would also have to air a liberal show for three hours.

I think there is only one word to describe this policy - socialism. That's where America is headed.

If Democrats want equal airtime why don't they develop some radio and TV shows that people actually want to hear instead of forcing it on everyone? No one is forcing people to listen to Limbaugh and other conservative radio hosts, people CHOOSE to do it. Forcing people to do something is what happens in communist countries, which is apparently something the Democrats aspire to be.
