Here's the latest northern suburbs crime report, courtesy of the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

Coon Rapids

Disorderly Conduct: A caller said a neighbor who lives in the apartment above poured water on the caller on purpose, from her balcony. The neighbor denied pouring the water. The caller then yelled a profanity at the upstairs neighbor. Both women were warned about their behavior.

Disorderly Conduct: A man with no shirt and a cowboy hat was in a parking lot twirling flaming sticks around the parked cars. An offier arrived and did not observe anyone with flaming sticks. The officer spoke to a man matching the description and he said he was not twirling flaming sticks, but they were flaming balls on the end of chains. The man agreed not to do it again.
