A girl died in Wisconsin from a treatable form of diabetes after her parents choose to pray for her rather than seek medical help for her disease.
It's one thing to be a strong believer in religion, it's another thing to ignore someone's well-being because of it.
You can get medical help for her and pray for her! This is an 11-year old girl we're talking about here who was relying on her parents for help. If a 30-year old person wants to pray for themselves rather than seek medical help, so be it. But you don't make that decision for someone else.
These parents should be charged with something as far as I'm concerned.
