Gov. Giuliani?

Could Rudy Giuliani be the next governor of New York? Supposedly he's considering a run for the seat this fall. The current governor who took over for Elliot Spitzer has turned out to be full of problems - affairs, questionable use of money and drug abuse. There is talk he could be forced to resign and a special election would then be held.
