Old and Done

Shaq O'Neal was out of breath after his first practice with his new team the Phoenix Suns on Monday. That's a good sign for the Suns!

I can't figure this trade out. Phoenix traded a top 10 player for an out-of-shape, injured, old player who has nothing left to offer. Shaq has been hurt for most of the past three seasons. He's been hurt half of this season and he's due to make $40 million over the next two seasons.

The Miami heat definitely got the better of this trade with Shawn Marion.
