Here is your weekly northern suburbs crime report, courtesy of the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
Andover
Property Damage/Theft - A homeowner reported that someone used a ladder to enter his detached garage roof peak window, which was boarded up. Once inside, the vandal dropped from the rafters onto the roof of the man's vehicle, causing damage, stole a few items, damaged a garden spade and urinated on the vehicle seats.
Theft - A homeowner reported that someone entered his unlocked vehicle, which was parked in the driveway, and stole a gun, a bow, an IPod and a 12-pack of beer.
Litering - The Andover City Works Department reported hundreds of beer cans and bottles were dumped on the side of the road. Mail addressed to two people in the area was found within the trash. They were contacted and told to come and clean up the mess.
Blaine
Fraud - A man reported that he got a phone call from a man that sounded like his grandson. The man said his grandson asked him to send him money in Canada, which he did through MoneyGram at Wal-Mart. When the man talked to his grandson about it later, the grandson denied ever asking for money.
Harassment - A woman said she wsa running in the park and approached a developer to ask him what workers were building. She said the developer was rude to her and made fun of her career. She said she was also harassed during the summer when a construction worker flipper her off. When a police officer requested to meet with the woman so they could speak with the developer, she became upset and hung up the phone.
Crystal
Theft - A blanket with Tupac Shakur on it was reported stolen.
Oak Grove
Theft - A homeowner reported that a partial case of Michelob Golden Draft beer was stolen from his garage refrigerator. There was no damage to his pole barn door and nothing else was stolen.
Ramsey
Property Damage - A woman called to report that her house had been egged again.
St. Anthony
Theft - An employee at Cold Stone Creamery reported that when he went into the back room, a customer was observed on security cameras taking $4 from the tip jar that was on the counter.
