Pull Your Pants Up

Sick of the saggy pants look being worn by the youth of America these days? Well some cities are now cracking down on the practice by issuing fines and other penalties to those wearing their pants low.
I don't see these laws lasting long though because groups like the ACLU will fight it claiming racial discrimination. But it might be a start on making people dress respectable, a practice that doesn't seem to exist anymore.
