Lock Em Up

Hopefully these two thugs get locked up for life, although since they are minors they'll probably get some probation. These idiots thought it would be a good idea to get a 2 year old and a 5 year old to smoke week, and they captured it all on camera.
Where was the mom during this? Sleeping in the back room! She couldn't smell the pot??? And apparently this wasn't the first time.
