Happy Gilmore is a Republican!! Well, at least Adam Sandler is supporting Rudy Giuliani, so I hope that means he's a Republican. Sandler along with other Hollywood conservatives such as Tom Selleck and Dennis Miller are hosting a fundraiser for Giuliani. Good to hear that there are some smart people in LaLaLand.

Sometimes I hear people ask why it's okay for someone in Hollywood to be Republican, but when there is a Democrat in Hollywood they get ripped on. The reason is that the Democrats in Hollywood are loudmouths and feel like it's their right to lecture everyone on how the world is run. They don't let a movie promotion, awards show or talk-show appearance get in their way of promoting their political beliefs.
How often do you hear conservatives in Hollywood giving their opinion when they are in front of the public? Dennis Miller does, but it's usually in the form of a comedy routine. The point is that the Republicans in Hollywood don't feel the need to advertise it to the world and to lecture everyone on their beliefs.
