Conspiracy Theory

Hillary Clinton is back to referring to the "Republican conspiracy" as the cause of everything. She brought it up in reference to "election irregularities in 2002."
I still think it's humorous that there were no "election irregularities" in 2006 when Democrats won. Funny, but it only seems to be a problem with Republicans win. Then all the ballot machines didn't work when people tried to vote, police were preventing people from voting, ballots weren't counted, etc. All these things seem to run perfectly when Democrats win though.

What a joke. If Karl Rove and the evil Republican party was rigging elections in 2000, 2002 and 2004 then why wouldn't they have rigged it in 2006?????
