Anoka

Disturbance - A caller said he thinks somebody drove past and yelled at him out the window, in violation of a restraining order.

Little Canada

Disorderly Conduct - Police arrested a 27-year-old homeless man who was yelling and threatening others at Dollar Tree.

St. Anthony

Assault - A caller reported a cab driver had refused to let her and her friend out of the taxi because he didn't have change for their $20 bill and they had no other way to pay their $12 fare. Finally, they gave him the $20 bill and when the woman tried to use her cell phone, the driver knocked it out of her hand, she said. She said he then put the car into reverse and she had to move to avoid being run over. Police cited the driver for assault and diorderly conduct.
