The Godfather

Jake Gyllenhall is godfather to Heath Ledger's daughter. Does this seem a little odd to anyone else? Wouldn't it be awkward when these two are together seeing what they did with each other in the movie (I haven't seen it, this is based on what I've heard). I know, they aren't gay in real life, but it's still would be odd.
