Not Really Magic?

David Blaine performed another one of his magic/endurance tricks this week in New York. This time he hung upside down for 60 hours. Well, maybe not the full 60 hours.

The TV broadcast made it sound like he was upside down the entire time. However, people watching the event live noticed that he stopped for breaks almost every hour to stand up, go to the bathroom and get checked out by a doctor.

So does this count as a magic trick?
