Rigged?

There have always been rumors that the 1985 NBA draft lottery was rigged so that the New York Knicks would get the first pick and then select Patrick Ewing.
Well here's the videotape of the lottery. Notice how when the envelopes are being put in the bowl there is only one envelope that is thrown against the side. That one ends up being the one that David Stern picks out for the number one pick. It also happens to have it's corner bent from being tossed on the side.
So was it rigged???? I think so, I've always been of the opinion that the NBA is rigged in more ways than one.
