Democrats are up in arms today because President Bush pardoned Scooter Libby yesterday. They are tossing the usual things out such as "abuse of power" and what not.
Did that apply to President Clinton as well and this laundry list of pardons he issued??? I'm sure those were all justified.
What exactly is Scooter Libby being charged for anyways? Because he outed a CIA agent? There was no outing done. According to many reports, everyone in Washington DC knew that Valerie Plame was a CIA agent. And that didn't stop her from appearing on the cover of "Vanity Fair" either.

What part is bull shit? There was no "outing" done. She and her husband Joe Wilson were parading around every cocktail party in DC telling everyone she was working for the CIA.
If she was so worried about her cover than why pose on the cover of Vanity Fair????
This is pure partisan politics. If Hillary does the same thing, Republicans yell. It's a stupid issue to get worked up over because whomever is President is going to pardon any of their buddies. Carter did it, Reagan did it, Bush did it, Clinton did it, Bush did it and Hillary will do it.
