Bad news Minnesota Timberwolve fans - Kevin McHale (the top GM in sports according to Forbes magazine) is returning for another year. And he's bringing Randy Wittman back with him.
The only reason this guy still has a job is because a local guy owns the team and McHale is from the Iron Range. In other words, because he's from Minnesota he will never be fired.
McHale said he wants to come back because he can't leave the team in the state it's in. It's in that state because you put it there with your awful trades and your awful contracts. Not to mention the mess you made trying to keep Joe Smith here for some odd reason.
I love how a fan was thrown out of the Target Center last night for having a "Fire McHale" sign. What happened to free speech?
McHale and Matt Millen of the Detroit Lions are probably tied for worst GM in sports.
