Singer Sheryl Crow has found the solution for global warming - she wants to limit the amount of toilet paper used by each person to one square, except for certain situations.
She is also introducing a clothing line with a detachable napkin so that you don't have to use paper napkins.
I wonder if the toilet paper rule will apply to celebrities like herself or just to us common people who ruin the environment??
What a nujob. I can't believe how far away from reality some of these celebs live.
Also, this past weekend at the White House Correspondents' Association dinner, Sheryl Crow and Laurie David (Larry David's wife) got into a verbal fight with Karl Rove over global warming. They of course claim that Rove became combative with them. I would be any money that they rudely confronted him, got in his face and made some more rude comments. I highly doubt if they went up to him to have a nice chit-chat and to mention that they have some ideas on how to combat global warming. I'm instead picturing a finger wagging in his face along with a stern lecture on how they know what's right for the world!
I love Rove's response to Crow - she said that he represents her and should listen. He said "I represent the American people!" Hell yeah, it's about time a politician stood up to a celebrity who thinks they represent the world!
Oh, and does Crow practice what she preaches? If her concert tour is any indication the answer is no!! Her entourage includes - three tractor trailers, four buses and six cars. I'm sure that doesn't use any gas!!!
